Payment via Paypal for courses and workshops is non-refundable under the year 2000 Distance Selling Regulations (updated in June 2014 read this) because the materials are in the category of “software & Video”, which once opened/used, are non-returnable except for being faulty (e.g. a damaged DVD), which probably is never going to happen considering these are online files!

Please ensure the course is entirely suitable before purchase.  Once purchased you can access the materials indefinitely using the log in details created at signup, however the materials are subject to copyright and may be withdrawn from circulation or amended at any time. All rights reserved.

These terms apply to FREE and PAID courses. FREE courses are offered as a way of promoting other courses to students and to generate interest.

Your LOGIN is not to be shared or given to anyone else to use and you need to pay for each course you want to do.  If found to be breaching these rules your membership will be terminated with no refund applicable.  

Prices for courses may vary at times or on other sites (such as Udemy) due to promotional events and discount periods.  There is no repayment for the difference of courses if your cost is higher than a promoted event.

We have little control over external websites (such as Udemy) where our courses are issued, and pricing policies therein.

Materials cannot be downloaded and stored off-line, do not ask!  If you sign up for

the mailing list your information will only be used for marketing of and updating of

courses provided by us, and will never be sold/given to third parties.


A deposit of 50% will be taken if the booking is more than 30 days. The hire of venue fee will be taken in full.  All fees due must be completed prior to 7 days before the date of event.

Subject to cancellation times, a full or partial refund may be made subject to the time periods shown in the document “new customer form”.

Each course or workshop may have other terms associated, such as numbers of attendees.  Any information such as this will be available in PDF format via the page for the course or workshop.

Please note that payments can be made via Paypal, bank transfer and cheque (10 days clearance period) and all transfers must be completed before the event except where we have agreed to invoice for the event, in which case we offer the majority of customers a 30-day grace period.  However, for regular bookings we do not expect this period to be abused and prompt payment is required.
